FIFA 25 Won't get past the Personal Settings

Hi! Looking for some help with this issue. Recently I've been having an issue with FIFA 25 not getting passed the personal settings screen without the image going completely dark. So far I've tried all the basic trouble shooting steps like repairing game files or uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I even went as far as reinstalling my OS with a brand new Windows key and it still doesn't work. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey @Loganananan, First, try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

After launching the game, create a new Personal Settings 1 profile (but do not change its name).

If the game will not launch please send us your DxDiag report.

@littleruntsfc After you launch the game you should see the name of your profile. Delete that and create a new one and this should resolve the problem.
