Freezing Online mode

Question

Hi EA Support,My controller (official Xbox) works fine in menus and offline matches, but in online games, my player doesn't respond to any input.I’ve already:- Reinstalled the game- Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat- Cleaned all game controller drivers- Tested another EA account (but Steam blocks it)The issue seems to be with my EA account profile and how it handles input online. I can't open a support ticket on help.ea.com (404 error always), so I'm contacting you here.Please, helpThank you.
