FUT Champions objective

So Im playing my fut champions games, I am staying in the game so I can get the red pick from the objectives(play 15 games). Game finished, I pressed to go back to the lobby and it kicks me out of ultimate team. I went back in and my champions record is 3-1 with 11 games left but my games played in the objective are 3. So I finished all my games but one didn’t count. I went to chat to ea and they said there’s nothing we can do. I wasted my time and missed 10 wins and Nico Williams.. and I also lost the 93+ 1 out of 5 red pick. Thank you ea, I love your beautiful no skill gap scripted game!
