Fut champs Dc

Hi there. Are you frequently disconnecting or was it just this one time that it happened? Also, which platform are you playing on?

This has happened to me on a number of occasions, today being the worst!! I played my final game for my fut champs play offs and won 8-3 when the game finished the game froze on the animation after the whistle and I had to close the game and reopen it, when I reopened the game I had a DNF message and now I’ve not qualified for FUT champs finals!!

Is this only happening after a match completes?

Full time sounds, it goes to the animation where it’s an empty stadium just before the match earnings would come up, but it just doesn’t go off that screen, can’t press any button to get off the screen only option is to close the game down and then it gives you a DNF message like you’ve quit the game

I don’t think so, I literally turned the game on, did 1 or 2 sbc’s then went on and played 1 game of fut champs this is when this happened. Now I’m missing out on my fut champs finals this weekend and the rewards that would have come with that

We can't modify your record or grant FUT Champs access. Are you still not able to complete a match without a DNF?

No the playoffs have ended as I played my 5 matches and it’s saying I didn’t qualify because of that game was the 5th match

Not really acceptable though is it, I’m now missing out on my weekend league and the possible rewards I could have got, instead I’ve got nothing
