Fut champs Dc

I have disconects every 5-10 minutes all day on PC. I can't even stay on sbc menu, 10 minutes and disconnct.

I execute ping ea.com -t on second monitor, and its allwas 15 ms without loss. 
How can i fix this dicconnects ? Can u give me UT url or  IP witch i can check ??

Well if you can’t grant me access then there must surely you can do to compensate me?

We don't have compensation available for disconnecting. I'm very sorry. There is nothing we can do to help with this.

Not really acceptable is it, we spend hours and hours on this game and put loads of money into it but you won’t compensate us when things like this happen which is clearly your fault 

I was just winning a game of FUT champs qualifiers 9-8 and in the last minute I DC’d and didn’t receive a win or loss but I won the game!
