fut champs rewards

i won a game and it didn’t count towards my record or a game played so i firstly didn’t get my 10 win from the Champions Legacy or 15 games played and i also didn’t get my 10 wins in rewards🤣🤣

How can i get compensated because there’s no way of directly contacting EA

    Happened to me too, i am panicking. I want any barca card, been saving for a month. didnt get any barca player, on top of that i am afraid i am going to miss this
