Are you getting an error when the game crashes? If so, what does it say?

Thanks for your answer, no I don't get any errors, it just freezes and the store doesn't open, the game freezes completely.

Could you try the steps in this article? Sometimes some FC files can get corrupted and cause issues, deleting some of them might help.
