So I have messaged ea on the help chat and they said that they will look into it further as many people have been effected. I can't remember exactly what they said I think something like my case is now being dealt with a higher division that deals with stuff like this. Still got 8 days to unlock the first objective so if nothing comes back soon I fear the worst. Shame it's a cool concept just a bug has ruined it.
