I spoke with EA this afternoon as I have the exact same problem and they said there is no way to reverse this. I started the 4* WF evo thinking it was for future stars and it obviously wasnt
EA should give players the option to revert evolutions. unfair that a card not meant to be evolved can still be evolved.
