I get kicked from ultimate team while trying to enter store or my club. I can play rivals and my wifi is perfectly fine. I have reinstalled the game and restored the license multiple times and the game continues to have the issue. Do you guys have any help?

Hello, the error is just cannot connect to ultimate team servers and it keeps on kicking me. This has been an issue for me for about a week. The game takes ages to load and only rivals works and it kicks me out of games often. Evolutions don’t even pop up for me.
I am a ps5 user. I have the same problem. There is no solution for this. I've inquired about you too, but it's always the same answer. It's like an account problem, whether it's a specific area server problem. It hasn't been resolved at all. EA is on the lookout for this problem.
I am on ps5 too. It’s really a shame that ea doesn’t take quicker action to this and it makes the game less enjoyable. I hope that this issue will be resolved as this game was not cheap and they should be on it immediately. Thanks for reaching out tho!
