Game crashes after a champs game

I finished my game in champs and won 6-4 to get six wins in champs 

the game finishes but when it does the game crashes and said technically issues and I didn’t get the win for that game I just won 6-4 and I didn’t even get another game it put it as a loss even though I won and now I don’t have my 6 wins rewards
