Game crashes

Hey gasparcho_24 If the game is crashing frequently, please check the error history on your console and look for the recommended steps for that specific error code.

Here are some additional steps you could try:

1) Restart your router. 
Try to power down your router for 10 seconds and then power it back on. 
 
2) Restore Licenses. 
In the main menu of your PlayStation, go to Settings > Account Management > Restore License. 
 
3) Clear cache. 
1. Turn off your console (not rest mode). 
2. Wait until the power light on the front of the console stops blinking. 
3. Unplug the power cable from the console. 
4. Press and hold the power button several times to remove any excess power. 
5. Turn on your console again. 
 
4) Change DNS. 
Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which you are using) -> Select custom -> choose your network (wifi) -> Leave IP Address Settings as automatic -> DHCP leave as do not specify -> DNS Settings choose manual -> and fill in primary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as secondary -> MTU leave as automatic -> Proxy Server leave as do not use -> Test connection. 

5) Try different game modes. Create a new squad, using different players, and play a couple of games online. 

6) Always use a cable connection type instead of Wi-Fi if possible.
