Game crashing (AGAIN)

I have been playing EAFC25 UT Squad Battles for the last 3-4 weeks, and at least twice a week I have been winning the game comfortably, when the game crashes.

I end up with a 3-0 defeat and therefore I am missing out on bigger and better rewards and it's doing my head in.

As I said, it's costing me much better rewards on a Sunday morning than I am getting, because there is a problem in game.

I spend a lot of money on this game every year, and on points for packs, subscriptions etc and I feel like I'm getting ripped off.

Is there anywhere to make a complaint because this just isn't good enough 😡
