Game freezing during champs

We all know the objective available right where you have to play all 15 games of champs to get a 1 of 5 Tots player pick. But that objective is pretty hard to do when the game freezes and forces you to close the game, and because of that it doesn't it count as a game played in the objective. A thing that makes it even worse is that when I contacted EA help, to hear if they could make the game count in the objective, the employee said that it would be solved within a few hours, but then didn't solve it.
