Game freezing on the launch screen

I recently downloaded EA FC25. It worked fine for the first two days, but now it freezes on the launch screen. I've tried restarting the EA App, moving the game to another folder, reinstalling it, and clearing the cache, but the issue still persists. Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?Screenshot attached below
