If the game feels laggy please make sure you have the latest drivers for your video cards and your Windows has all the latest updates. If you are running any programs in the background, it could help to close them down to see if one of the could be conflicting with the game. A great way to test this is to perform a Clean Boot and then immediately launch the game as administrator before opening up anything else.
