Hey all! for me the problem was that the cpu heated too much, fixed by replacing the cpu cooler and reapplying thermal paste, hopefuly that would help!!

Nope still the same, at least for me, nor does nvidia drivers and that latest patch from ea help

Same daley. In div 5 my 84 rating team move like a bronze team. I deleted the fc25, enough. This was my last fc what i pre ordered.
Didn't help.
BUT!
I found out what the problem is, so basically for me, the game is smooth but when the gpu °C goes to 69-70 the fps drop will happen, so you need to make sure you don't use to much power so it would be stable, go to "Choose a power plan" and choose balanced instead of high performance like most people would tell you to do, another thing is to go to (Win 11) "Graphic Settings" -> Change default graphics settings -> both off

So those are my settings:
(same as above) + moved my pc to a better place to have better cooling,
in Nvidia control panel go to "Manage 3D Settings" and then switch to program settingss and choose FC 25 (if doesnt exists add it) then change those settings:
Low Latency Mode -> Ultra
Power management mode -> Prefer maximum performance (if still having problems change to Adaptive)
Texture filtering - Quality -> High performance (this will turn 2 other settings on leave them on)
I also add max fps to 60 but this is up to you
ingame:
disabled vsync
turned everything to low
in the game launch properties I put this:
"-dx12 +mat_antialias 0 +fps_max unlimited"
for smooth gameplay I find that changing my display settings to 60 hz makes it better, I am fine with 60 hz but some of you may want to use more so you have to play with the hz and max fps in the fcsetup.ini
I tryed these too and everything else. Not working for me. I played 15-20 matches/day and 2-3 was ok, the others delayed.
I think this caused EA servers and/or my position to the servers. (I live in hungary).
Plus I noticed that my players are slower (and more delayed) against more skilled players. So i think this is a matchmaking and program issue.
I think that the game balancing give more speed and better AI movement for the more skilled players. (More skilled players = more wins, older accounts)

Thanks! This settings may not fix it (for me) but it sure improved that garbage laggy performance so again thanks a lot.
Yea they aren't funny fixing it completely but they surely makes the game much better, the best thing I suggest is keeping an eye on the cpu temperature for me I think thats the problem so I am going to reapply thermal paste and switch fan and ill update if that was it, there is 100% problem with the game that they need to fix so don't be sure that it has to do with your pc
