    Thanks. Here are some additional steps to try. 

    - Please set the laptop energy profile to maximum performance 

    - Check if there are any Intel chipset drivers 
    - Create a gaming profile as explained in this article on our website 

    - Create a new windows account and launch the game on that profile

    - Enable game mode in Windows settings 

    - Use Geforce experience if you have it installed to optimize your settings

    - Also, remember to create a new Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game when you make those changes.

Do you have any other software installed on your PC that can optimize/change your game settings? Something like Geforce experience, for instance? 

Make sure to do a clean installation of your GPU drivers, and Windows updates.

i had both downloaded and updated but my game is still bad and i can't play wit it so pls do something or if you can't do nothing i will want a refound
