Game keep vanish and draft cannot finish

1.Once I played ultimate game match , the game start lagging and shaking after that vanishing (the game log out by itself.

2.On the draft game(single draft) I cannot finish because the last game with MC, all player gathering in one corner waiting for opponent to score goal.....

Can EA solve this problem. Thanks.
