Game keeps crashing, servers keep disconnecting and I get punished?

This game has been awful for a couple of weeks. What's going on. Its almost not worth the time because it keeps kicking people out and once logged back in punishing players for EAs mistakes. Please help.

    Hi there. We should rule out any issues with your connection. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
