Game keeps crashing when trying to load into it

I wanted to update the refresh rate from 60 to 120 on ea fc 25 but immediately the game crashed, and u haven't been able to load into the game ever since. it is a directX error and it says "directX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" DXGI..." Check the image below any idea on how to fix this. Any help would be useful.
