Game keeps loading/freezing after last friday

since last friday my ea fc 25 keeps freezing. When loading fut the triangle keeps going, same on other modes online and offline. Sometimes it loads fine and other times it keeps doing what you s...

any of you guys use BT internet that are having this issue? Apparently from what I’ve read this might correlate with our issue?
