Please start by deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.
Make sure to verify the file integrity if you launch the game on Steam.

that did not help. I even reinstalled Windows fresh. Still the same problem. Game wont launch at all.
- @BALANZ3D there is not even an Error code or something. It tries to load up and then just goes back to the EA App without starting the game.
If you have Geforce Experence, try putting it in the game settings to low quality and playing in a window
