Community ManagerHey jakeyevie16 Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error message that you see in the game? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game if it's not launching correctly?
Hi sorry for the delay. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve also tried a remote reinstall. There isn’t an error message, rather the game loads to a screen with club news, upgrade etc on it but there is no link to ultimate teams etc, which I had and was playing previously
