Game was not even opening

Question

I’ve buyed this game last week I’ve installed it today and tried to open it I’ve even offed the firewall the Ea app was not also even responding it’s in loading phase while I try to open the game through steam it shows preparing the game and gets offed suddenly without the reason could you please help with this&nbsp;

Make sure to launch the EA app and the game as an admin. Close background applications and repair* the game from the EA app or use Steam files verification.&nbsp;
*Repair the game fileLaunch the EA app and go to your Library.Find the game you want to repair and select the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner of the game tile.Choose Repair.
