We bought fc25 standard edition on ps4 store, launched it and then there are not all gamemodes available and in kick off there are just few teams and it says that we can upgrade.

Thats likely the problem and as of rn I have no idea how to fix it the best is to just wait until showcase comes off the store and it's just fc 25 on sale otherwise I unfortunately have no idea as its the same thing for me

No but I would try seeing what it does when I click upgrade I'm sorry if it doesn't work
it show both versions, but then clicking standart edition it shows an error but if i click on ultimate edition it shows to buy and is there somehow to contact ea support direct?
Have you tried the obvious like restarting your device or restarting your router?
