Gamepad or keyboard not working.

Platform PC, EA Play Pro.

Actually, not only the gamepad, but also the keyboard does not work. Nothing works. After a short time while (about 30 seconds) everything works normally again. I tried and tested both the gamepad and the keyboard. They both work stably except for EAFC 25. So the problem is with EAFC 25. Today I deleted the game and did a clean install. After this process, it worked without any problems. When I entered the game again, I had the same problem again. Does anyone have a solution?

    Hey @BlitzAuba Please make sure to unplug any other USB devices from your PC. You can also reset your previous settings file by deleting the settings folder from this location  C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

    I went step by step to try. First I just deleted the file in App Data. I restarted the computer and tried. It seems to be solved for now, thank you. I forgot to add that I had updated my Xbox Gamepad before this problem started. Maybe it was related to that, but now it's fine.
