gamepad stuck

When I played the game from steam before, there was no problem, but when I tried to play from epic games, the B key works instead of A on my xbox controller, the Y key works instead of B and it scrolls upwards. I tried everything, adding the EA app to x360ce steam, adding the epic games but I did not get any results. Can you help me about this issue?
