[Need more info] Game crashing when entering matches

have the same problem also applies to rivals ive have tried recomendations on reddit and from ea and i can still not load into games

Did you try what I suggested above? If that doesn't work, let me know what exactly is happening as well as which platform you play on.

Same problem, not fixed after your advice. Can’t play a single game of squad battles because it instantly quits the game, only game I can play is against the future stars squad, can’t even play the repeatable totw game. Deleted all current squads and all dream squads, did not solve the problem 

We're aware of an issue where a crash can occur after scoring a goal. It sounds like that's not the case here. When exactly is the crash happening?

What platform are you playing on?

It instantly disconnects and closes the game when I enter the game. I can see the opposing squad and directly after I saw it and it goes to kickoff it cuts off. Already sent the video clip multiple times to EA. Platform is PS5.

happens in all game modes, in Squad battles it does not count as played game, in every other mode it counts as disconnect 

Have you tried using different players? It's possible one of them on your squad is causing this.

Tried a full squad of players I have in no other team, still same error

Let's see if deleting corrupt files will help. There are instructions for that here.

Why to change players on our main squad and not trying to fix the issue from your side???also if game is crashing why we are losing our points and do not get our rewards??
