Gameplay is horrible after the last patch

The last update really did something with the game for me. I have a good PC but somehow i cannot use any other programs when FC is running. It's lagging horribly in browsers and discords when FC is running. Ontop of that the gameplay is stuttering even if my FPS is 120+. Before the patch it was fine but now something is wrong
