Glitch with Training Camp evolutions

For some reason when i activate the evolution of the training camp and then initiate other evolution the trining camp is deactivated and when i try to activate again the evolutions of training ca<mp in game didn{t avtivate again and in the web app the Evolutions screen is glitched is like refreshing constantly, any help? Is this a new bug?
