Glitches with FC25 on PS4

I have reported this before but had no feedback. I can't play FC25 on PS4 as the players flick the ball in the air when I change direction or go to shoot. It's frustrating and needs to be resolved please as otherwise I've wasted my money. Even with updates nothing g changes.
