My account is stuck in a "Soft-Lock" state. Every time I attempt to open the "Glorious Eras" pack, the game crashes with UNKNOWN ERROR [10000]. I have already performed all client-side troubleshooting: Cleared Cache/Reinstalled 7 times. Switched from WiFi to Mobile Data (5G). Confirmed "Guest Account" works perfectly on the same device (ruling out connection issues). Verified inventory is not full (800/1200 items). The issue is server-side on my specific account.
