Got a Gold pack in a pack error when claiming pack

I got a free Jumbo premium gold pack from a pack. And when i try to claim it. it says 'there was a problem connecting the football ultimate team servers please try again later' So i cant claim the p...

Same Issue! Live chat said nothing can be done.. :D 

 

Guess we will wait for days to be able to open packs.. Can't do daily upgrade SBC's or anything in the meantime... (:

Why this game has aaaallways this type of issue?
and when we tell them the issue they don't answer us correctly
nothing can be done?????? come on
