7 months agoHey @tls66alsdk, I haven't noticed any similar issues, but we can try some troubleshooting steps to see if that helps improve your situation.
First, please check whether you have installed the Gen 4 or Gen 5 version of the game. Sometimes, players with dual entitlement accidentally install the wrong version. Additionally, delete any files that may have been corrupted.
