GRAPHICS MODE BUG EA FC 25 SERIES S

This game is horrible on xbox series s, the option to change graphics becomes gray and you can't change it, I basically can't play competitively online because the delay is unbearable, I've done everything and the option remains gray, I played it on my cousin's ps5 and it looks like another game, because there it can change, in mine it's stuck in "enhanced visuals" and it's definitely a bug because I've seen people who became gray in the "favour resolution" mode, because I could only choose between these two options the first time I started the game, I've never seen a game have the performance and quality mode options, but not let you freely choose between them...
