Hey so I bought Fc25 ultimate edition about a month ago or so my brother and I share a Xbox we were supposed to get the game on my account so I can receive the add ons fifa points , well he accidentally bought it on his account and he doesn’t even play fifa so are those points just gone can I get them into my account somehow ??

Unfortunately there's no way to transfer FC points from one account to another. You can always try refunding the game and then buying it on the correct account though.
