Logged onto my eafc 25 account on xbox and was missing around 300k of coins, i then noticed all my tradeable players were gone, i had one player in my quick sell recovery which ive managed to save. Trying to get into contact with ea has been hard cant seem to get on a live chat with anyon

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums. You should be able to create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.

The same happened to me over 48 hours ago now and nothing has been sorted

This has happened to me and when I have emailed ea they support team seems to think I mean I’ve bought something and not gotten it. The hackers completely wiped the transfer market to cover any evidence up. I’m furious and would like something to get sorted because of this

My Account was hacked today, it seems to me that hacking into other peoples Account is the new recent thing to do because EA somehow Take ages to solve the problem and to do the people justice. So Yeah we are all missing a Lot of the recent content
