half time black screen issue
This same issue has been going on for months and still isn't fixed. Why on earth isn't it being fixed?

Can you rerun the DxDiag in English ssy8301, seeing issues and errors there but would need it in English to fully explore.

If issues remain can you create a new Windows admin account and test there.
