HALFTIME HISTORICAL ENCORE PACK EA FC 25 - NO ICON OR HERO

Hello, 

This is a follow up on a discussion / ticket I have opened and was informed that community managers would be on the case asap by Pranav at EA Help.

Essentially I bought a pack for 3.5k fp (Halftime Historical Encore Pack). Not only did I not get the pack, but the fp was also taken from my account. Almost £30 just gone and nothing in return.

I have now waited almost 48 hours and nothing has been done to resolve this. for all I know the player I wanted may have been in my pack. I expect some form of compensation for this as I have spent hours now trying to contact people to get this resolved. wasted a significant part of my weekend when I didnt do anything wrong.

Please let me know what is going to be done about this asap.

EA live chat are telling me they cannot see an issue.

I don't know what else to do. I'm losing the will to live here.

This is the third post I am making about this as the EA Help team aren't helping me and I don't know what else to do, but EA have stolen from me.

Do I need to seek legal advice on this matter?

I have spoken to EA Help in live chats and they said they cannot see an issue even though I have provided video proof of the situation taking place. This can be seen on the Xbox captures here: https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/play/media/qPVcf9cPL8.

I am genuinely blown away that EA can look at this and say there is not an issue. I even have a transcript of a conversation with an employee who says they have checked and they believe there is nothing wrong. It's genuinely incomprehensible how fundamentally dysfunctional this company is. I have provided literal proof yet they have told me there is nothing wrong.

I have tried everything at this point and I don't know what to do. I'm losing the will to live here.

If any one can help me get in touch with someone with some authority I would really appreciate it. I am feeling so so depressed because of this whole situation and EA don't care one bit.

Opened a pack literally 5 minutes ago. Halftime historical encore pack.. 

Supposed to include hero or icons from centurions, thunderstruck, ultimate succession or winter wildcards along with 15x 85+ rare gold

Got the rare gold but no hero or icons. Any advice please ?

I've still not even had my pack so I don't know what to say mate. I've been trying since last friday but they essentially keep telling me i'm lying. It's just crazy
