Haven't received the 3800 points ea promissed. Is there anything i can do?

Bought "EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition". This coming from a switch user. Didn't even receive a message from ea explaining anything about this. Also didn't see no place to redeem those points. Are you actually working on this problem? I did all updates for the game and nothing. It says on the EShop, that it's already purchased. Absolutely no idea what i did wrong.
