Having a crash issue while playing the player career mode

After the recent update, I am facing issues while playing the player career mode. The first issue was that I lost all my saved career mode data. Then I made two new player careers, after that am facing the crash issue randomly in both careers. I tried to sim the matches, but I couldn't, and while trying to sim the matches, the game crashed instantly. Is there any solution to this problem, EA? Please fix it asap
