Hello guys I have a problem when i try to connect with ea, "Verification code"

Hello guys
I have a problem when i try to connect with ea, 
"Verification code"
I press continue to send  the code to my primary mail and i received message 
" please try later you have made too many attempts, please try agian later"
So what to do?
