help please

Hello, I need help, the FC 25 is working terribly. I have good components and it still works really badly. It cuts out when I'm on, it gives me jerks in any quality, ultra, high, medium, low. I have good components, i7-11700k, GTX 1080, 16GB RAM, solid state drive, 1920x1080 75Hz monitor. I don't know what's happening. Also, I can't raise the refresh rate from 60Hz, it doesn't work.

    Hi, do you have lag and stuttering? Do you also have a 100% CPU? It's nothing, EA has a problem that they can't fix. I have a gtx 1050ti 4gb i5 8300h and EA 24fc works great and has the same requirements as fc25.
