I cant start rivals

Last week I was playing rivals and when I decided to stop playing, I closed my pc. The next day when i opened the app i was greeted to a black screen whilst the Ea chime was playing in the background. I would start pressing enter and finally see my game open just to see the stadium and pele playing with a ball while there's no text anywhere and I can't play anything. I updated my drivers, deleted my settings folder, redownloaded the game. I tried everything but deleting my profile so how can i get it working again?
