Welcome to EA Forums. One specific thing you can check is that your display is connected to the RX 6600 rather than the motherboard video output. If the issue remains after this, please post a new Dxdiag report here so we can take a look, thanks.

the game uses too much cpu and not much from gpu this is my dxdiag

Thanks for adding that. I removed your other thread. Go through the following steps and then retry playing. Thanks.
- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

You might also check for any available Windows Updates and apply those.
Please confirm your GPU is connected to your display and that you have run system file checker as above.

EA_Barry EA needs to optimize their game engine to use more GPU than CPU. This has been a big problem in the past even with the users using high end GPUs like 4080 and Above. GPU usage never goes above 80%.
