How can I delete existing Kick‑Off names in EA FC 25 on PC?

I have a few old Kick‑Off names saved in EA FC 25 on PC, and I can’t find an option to delete them. Is there any way to remove these names?

I’ve checked in‑game settings, but I couldn’t find a “delete” option. Will reinstalling the game help, or is there another method?

These Kick‑Off names are causing issues because I play with a keyboard, and it messes up my settings.
