Win counted as a Loss
Dear EA Support, As shown in the attached video, I was playing Seasons Co-op with a friend when our opponent quit the match. This situation should have resulted in a win for us, but instead, the game incorrectly registered it as a loss. This is a very frustrating issue, and we would appreciate your help in understanding what went wrong and whether anything can be done to correct it. Thank you.
"One season, wonderful!" unobtainable!
This achievement is unobtainable or at least heavily bugged and missable! Since September, if you play the game normally and complete the quests, you will always reach a dead end and there will be no new quests to compensate for this. If you don't adhere to precisely timed, completely absurd slowdown mechanics that no one can know about, sooner or later you will get stuck. From that moment on, the achievement is 100 % unobtainable! There are several posts about this on here and on reddit for example. Why is EA not taking any action? This problem/bug has existed since September 2025 and has not been fixed! Even writing multiple tickets didn't change anything for me. In the support chat, they just keep saying, "We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed!" But when? EA should be aware that we are paying customers and that this problem would be so easy to solve! Just add a handful of new quests for SP and everything would be fine. Why is the problem being ignored? EA should also be aware that there are people who care about the 100 % achievements and platinum trophies. People who started later and use EA Play (i.e., paying customers again) who are now locked out for good! Just because they might have leveled up too quickly once and 20 quests were exactly enough, and it was calculated so extremely tightly! The whole thing is getting ridiculous! Such an extremely long final season with the same problem. Just help us! There is no reason not to! There's no reason to ignore this bug! There is no reason to leave us alone with this. Vilo
Unlinking an EA account
Hello, I am trying to play my FIFA game through Steam, but it requires logging into my EA account. The problem is that my Steam account is already linked to an EA account that I created in the past, but I no longer remember the email address used for that EA account. I only remember the EA username: Jonas-Abdo. Since Steam allows only one EA account to be linked, I cannot connect a new account. Because of this, I cannot access the game. Could you please help me recover the EA account linked to my Steam account or help me identify the email associated with it? controller problem in rivals
hi so recently i reinstalled my windows 10 , but came with a cost , In rivals the controller doesn't work as it should, I enter a rivals match, the controller works for 5-7 seconds while I have the ball and suddenly it doesn't take my command, sometimes I run I lose the ball and the controller gets stuck and it takes my run command without me pressing it and it stays stuck for a long time, I have a ps5 controller. Sometimes when I start with the ball I pass and it doesn't let me go with the player but it lets me pass. I can play squad battles and kick off with the controller only in rivals it has problems.
FC 25 LOADING SCREEN STUCK
Hi I have a problem with fc 25, I managed to start it once but after that I did not succeed at all. I reinstalled the windows I redid everything from 0 including the game I made on another partition only ssd and the same does not start, enter the game and appears FC 25 logo and remains there normally there had to be a bar down to load but it doesn't go just stays there. What to do in this case I really want to play but it's rustling, maybe someone solved it but I don't know what to say because I tried all the solutions.Man...what can I say about EA
I haven't tried playing FC25 for almost a year. Recently, I thought since there's not gonna be any more update, maybe I can finally play this game. Well, still no. The same problems, the same Denovo and Javelin god dang problem, classic EA and his sorrya*s anticheat program - It cashes everytime I launch this game. this might be the only game company on the planet that uses anti-cheating measures that prevent the game from being played but fails to provide any solutions. At first, there were still employees contacting me, but soon they gave up. And now, I haven't seen any employee trying to contact players in this forum. I even posted the complete crash log in the forum. So what's their excuse? The money I spent on FC25 was flushed down the drain, but I think it was worth it because I learned a lesson. I will never spend a penny on this EA **bleep** company again. 🙄🙄EA Sports FC 25 crash, wont start
Hey, i have the problem since i bought FC25 Standard Edition. Everytime i try to start fc25 on steam, the game start i see it load because i see it on steam as it says launching but when the game open i see the fc25 sign thumbnail get to the main game but it opens in window with blackscreen, after like 15 secs of nothing it crash and i get back to steam. tried anything to do and nothing works please fixEA Anti-Cheat Fails to Install, Unable to Play EA SPORTS FC 25
About two weeks ago, I was still able to play EA SPORTS FC 25 completely normally without any issues. However, for the past few days, I can no longer play the game due to a problem with EA Anti-Cheat not being installed properly. I have already tried many possible solutions, including reinstalling the game and following several troubleshooting steps suggested online. I also tried downloading and installing the EA Anti-Cheat installer manually, but during the installation process, an error always occurs. I have attached an image below that shows the error message I receive during the EA Anti-Cheat installation. Because of this issue, FC 25 is currently unplayable for me. I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to fix this problem. Thank you in advance.
