How can this game be so bad

The people at EA really need to start doing something about all the problems this game has. They make millions every year but still can’t supply a quality game. Constantly crashes, then shows as a loss with ea ignoring the issue. Also how many times do you get a message saying match will be reviewed even though you won and nothing happens. Think this will be the last year I play this game as it’s honestly not an enjoyable experience. Waste of time even writing this post😡
