How to change my L3 button (PS5)

When playing FC 25 , Everytime I run with my player I accidentally click L3 button (PS5) which then causes a small black screen to drop down, which then stops my player from moving until I click L3 again. It's getting really frustrating and I need to know how to fix it. Help please.
